Shooting of Prime Minister Robert Fico in Slovakia

The populist prime minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, was injured in a shooting in Handlova, Slovakia. The attack was condemned by the country's president, Zuzana Čaputová. Fico was elected as leader of the Smer party in October last year.
