Illegal Alien Accused of Killing Washington State Trooper

Illegal alien from Mexico with multiple run-ins with the law accused of killing Washington State Trooper Christopher Gadd in Snohomish County. Despite prior arrests, due to sanctuary policies, suspect was not turned over to ICE. Suspect admitted to smoking marijuana and having beers before the crash.
