Attack on Spanish Tourists in Afghanistan
Three Spanish tourists were killed and one Spaniard injured in an attack by gunmen in Afghanistan's Bamyan province. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack, which also injured four other foreign nationals and three Afghans. The Spanish government is assisting the victims and their families.
