Public Viewing of Pope Francis at St. Peter’s Basilica

More than 20,000 people paid their respects to the late Pope Francis at St. Peter’s Basilica. The basilica kept its doors open all night due to high turnout. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday to celebrate Francis’ pontificate. World leaders are expected to attend, and the pope will be buried in St. Mary Major Basilica.
