Airplane Incident near Syracuse Hancock International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating an incident in which two planes appeared to get too close to each other near Syracuse Hancock International Airport. A Delta Connection flight was taking off while an American Eagle flight was preparing to land on the same runway.
