Serial Shoplifter in Chicago Arrested Multiple Times for Stealing from Target Store

A serial shoplifter in Chicago named Renard Smith was arrested multiple times for shoplifting from a Target store in Lincoln Park. Despite being on pretrial release, he continued to steal items from the same store. The suspect expressed surprise that the store kept records of his thefts. He was charged with multiple counts of retail theft and released on multiple occasions, only to be caught again for shoplifting.
