Texas SB4 Immigration Law

The U.S. Supreme Court's ruling allowing Texas SB4 Immigration Law to go into effect was short-lived as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit blocked the law from taking effect. The law allows local and state law enforcement to arrest, detain, and prosecute migrants suspected of illegally entering Texas from Mexico.
