Unused Border Wall Materials Sale

After the Biden administration started selling off sections of unused border wall materials, Texas considered buying them to donate to the incoming Trump administration. However, Texas officials determined that the materials were mostly junk and not worth the cost of shipping. Governor Abbott purchased some materials in March 2022, but the process was halted by the Biden administration.
