Alzheimer's Disease in The Bronx

The Bronx has the highest rate of Alzheimer's disease in the nation, tied with Baltimore and Miami. Researchers believe poverty rates and a large minority population contribute to this. A program inspired by Ikaria, Greece, is being implemented to promote healthy habits to combat Alzheimer's.
