Elizabeth Smart and Wanda Barzee
Elizabeth Smart's convicted kidnapper, Wanda Barzee, was arrested for violating sex offender restrictions by visiting parks prohibited to her. Smart, a child safety activist, is launching the 'Guardian' app with a tech company. Barzee helped kidnap Smart at age 14 and was released from prison in 2018 under federal supervision.
