Preventing Animal Abuse in Research Experiments

Reps. Nancy Mace and Jared Moskowitz introduced the Preventing Animal Abuse and Waste Act to stop taxpayer funding of cruel experiments on cats and dogs by the NIH. The bill aims to prevent research causing pain or distress to these animals and is supported by the White Coat Waste Project.
