Disney-owned Pixar's animated kids series Win or Lose featured a same-sex love-charged scene between the umpire and the school janitor. The transgender storyline was pulled from the series but the transgender character remains with some gender identity references removed. The show also includes a Christian character praying, a first for Disney since 1996. The decision to remove the trans storyline was made several months ago.
