U.S. Suspends Payments to World Trade Organization (WTO)

The U.S. suspended payments to the World Trade Organization (WTO) to reduce spending and challenge organizations seen as against 'America First' policies. Trump administration plans to quit some organizations like the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) and review federal spending.
