NYPD deputy commissioner Kaz Daughtry and NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information Tarik Sheppard claim that protests at Columbia University are being led by 'agitators' and 'outside influences.' Sheppard stated that these 'professionals' often escape arrest.
