Russian leader Vladimir Putin demands halt of Western arms supplies to Ukraine for ceasefire agreement. Russia wants to stop all arms supplies to Ukraine, with minimum goal to cut off US aid. Europe unlikely to agree to Russia's demand. US plans to discuss ending war in Ukraine with Putin.
