Michael Brinegar's Four-Year Ban for Blood Doping

U.S. Olympic swimmer Michael Brinegar has been banned for four years for blood doping based on irregular test results. Despite being cleared initially, USADA appealed and won the case at the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
