Implementation of Body Scanners in NYC Subway Stations

NYC Mayor Eric Adams announces implementation of body scanners in subway stations to deter criminal activity after a sharp uptick in crime. Scans will detect weapons and additional mental health clinicians will be hired to assist NYPD in addressing individuals with severe mental illness.
