Graduation Chaos at Howard University

Chaos erupted at a D.C. historically black college's graduation ceremony when the venue reached capacity, leading to a disturbance and minor injuries. Graduates and guests were left out in the rain during a similar incident the next day. The school plans to recognize graduates at a different venue due to the overcrowding issues.
