Mexico Extradites Cartel Bosses to U.S.

Mexico extradited 29 cartel bosses, including Jose Rodolfo Villarreal-Hernandez, to the U.S. for their involvement in criminal activities. Villarreal was wanted for the assassination of a cartel attorney in Dallas. The extradition followed the designation of certain Mexican cartels as Foreign Terrorist Organizations by the Trump administration.
