Alec Baldwin's reckless treatment of firearms on the set of Rust

State prosecutors are accusing actor Alec Baldwin of a history of reckless treatment of firearms, alleging that he engaged in unsafe behavior with guns before and after the incident that led to the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie Rust.
