Air Force Plane Incident Involving Secretary of State Marco Rubio

An Air Force plane carrying Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Sen. Jim Risch to Germany for the Munich Security Conference was forced to return to Washington due to a mechanical issue with the cockpit windshield on the C-32 plane. Rubio plans to continue his travel on a separate aircraft.
