Driverless Trucks on Public Roads
Aurora Innovation Inc. plans to have 20 driverless trucks on Texas roads by 2024, aiming to eventually have thousands of autonomous trucks on public freeways. The company has conducted successful tests with human safety drivers on board, with plans to increase efficiency in freight transportation.
