The upcoming Ohio U.S. Senate primary race features establishment support for Matt Dolan and America First movement backing Bernie Moreno. Dolan has controversial history and is backed by Rob Portman and Mike DeWine. Moreno is endorsed by conservative senators and Donald Trump. Trump will hold a rally in support of Moreno ahead of the primary.
