Social media users have been spreading a fabricated quote attributed to Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin claiming he said they won't certify the election if Trump wins. Raskin clarified that the quote is false and that America is having a fair election. The origin of the misleading quote seems to stem from a misinterpretation of Raskin's comments in February.
