Alabama Woman Fakes Own Kidnapping

Carlee Russell, the Alabama woman who faked her own kidnapping, pleaded guilty to falsely reporting a crime and avoided jail time. A bill increasing penalties for false reporting is heading to Gov. Kay Ivey's desk in Alabama.
