Fatal Car Crash Involving Illegal Alien in Virginia

An illegal alien, ordered deported from the United States years ago, is accused of killing a 19-year-old college student in a car crash. The accused, Elvis Jamir Cruz-Ferrera, had crossed the U.S.-Mexico border as an unaccompanied alien child in 2016 but was never deported despite a deportation order.
