Legislation to Give States Power to Enforce Federal Immigration Law

Sen. Marsha Blackburn introduces legislation to give states and local authorities power to enforce federal immigration law in response to crimes committed by illegal immigrants. The bill aims to assist in the enforcement of immigration laws by allowing states to investigate, identify, apprehend, arrest, and detain illegal immigrants.
