Data Breach at Conservative Partnership Institute
The Conservative Partnership Institute (CPI) left exposed the sensitive personal information of over 1,500 job applicants, including those with top secret security clearance, in an online job bank. The exposed data included social security numbers, home addresses, and other personal details. The records were stored in open Amazon S3 buckets, making them publicly accessible. This comes amid concerns of foreign actors targeting right-wing infrastructure in Washington, D.C.
