Arrest of Former U.S. Soldier Building Explosives for Gulf Cartel

Mexican authorities arrested a former U.S. soldier accused of building explosives for the Gulf Cartel just south of the Texas border. The arrest was kept quiet as federal authorities prepared their case against him. The Gulf Cartel has been using land mines and improvised explosive devices in a turf war with a rival faction in Tamaulipas.
