Sanctuary City Status for Transgender and Gender Diverse People

The town of Worcester, Massachusetts, voted to become a “sanctuary city” for transgender and “gender diverse people” after LGBTQ+ members claimed they are under attack in Trump's America. The city council passed the resolution 9-2 after a meeting where community members pleaded for sanctuary status.
