Phil Collins' Health Challenges and Musical Career
British rocker Phil Collins, of Genesis fame, is no longer driven to create music due to severe health issues, including nerve damage and deteriorating mobility. He has struggled to drum and had to sing sitting down during farewell shows in 2022. Collins, now 74, joined Genesis in the 1970s and took over lead vocals after Peter Gabriel's departure. He recently mentioned in an interview with Mojo magazine that he lacks the motivation for new creative efforts.
