Heart-Healthy Diet

February is National Heart Month, and it's a great time to focus on heart health. Incorporate heart-healthy foods like dark leafy greens, olive oil, avocados, berries, beans, high-fat fish, whole grains, walnuts, flaxseed, grape juice, papayas, sweet potatoes, pomegranates, almonds, and dark chocolate into your diet. Limit foods high in sodium, saturated fats, and sugar. Moderation in alcohol consumption is also important for heart health.
