Teacher Arrested for Being High on Drugs in Classroom

A second-grade teacher in Virginia was arrested for being high on drugs in her classroom, with suspected narcotics found on the premises. Her husband, also suspected of being under the influence, was found in the school parking lot with a child. Both have been arrested and incarcerated.
