Vienna ranked as the most liveable city in the world

Vienna has been crowned the most liveable city in the world for the third consecutive year according to the Economist Intelligence Unit's annual list. The city scored high in various categories but was marked lower for culture and environment. Western Europe performed well overall, with several cities ranking high.
