Altercation involving New York state Sen. Kevin Parker and a lobbyist

New York state Sen. Kevin Parker allegedly got into a scuffle with a lobbyist before a committee meeting on energy and telecommunications but will not face charges. This is not the first time Parker has been involved in altercations.
