Death of John Barnett - Boeing Whistleblower

John Barnett, a former Boeing quality control manager and whistleblower, was found dead in a vehicle in a Holiday Inn parking lot in Charleston, S.C. Police are investigating his death, which appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Barnett had raised concerns about serious safety issues in Boeing's commercial airplanes and alleged decline in manufacturing practices.
