Transfer of Migrant Criminals to Guantanamo Bay

The U.S. has started flying migrant criminals to Guantanamo Bay as part of efforts to remove illegal immigrants. A federal court granted a temporary restraining order blocking the transfer of three Venezuelan immigrants to the detention camp. Immigrant rights groups have raised concerns about the use of Guantanamo for this purpose.
