Online Romance Scam

Liza Jane Likins, a backup singer who toured with Fleetwood Mac and Linda Ronstadt, was conned out of over $1 million by a Nigerian online romance scammer after a small change to her social media profile following the death of her husband. She almost lost everything, including her house, due to the scam.
