Miss USA 2024 Pageant

Alma Cooper, a U.S. Army officer, was named Miss USA, becoming the third person to hold the title this year. The pageant included swimwear and evening gown competitions. A transgender contestant, Miss Maryland USA Bailey Anne Kennedy, did not place in the top 20. The winner will compete in Miss Universe in September.
