Woman claiming to be a witch sets fire to stranger's porch in Iowa

A woman claiming to be a witch set fire to a stranger's porch in Iowa after being attracted by a 'Witches Welcome' sign. She thought it was her friend's home but had never met the owner before. No one was injured, and she was charged with reckless use of fire and possession of drug paraphernalia.
