Racially Motivated Torture of Black Men by Former Law Enforcement Officers in Mississippi

Two Black men in Mississippi were tortured by six former law enforcement officers in a racially motivated attack. The perpetrators were sentenced to prison, with more to be sentenced later. The victims suffered physical and emotional trauma, and the incident led to charges against the officers connected to previous violent encounters with Black men. The officers have pleaded guilty to federal and state charges.
