Random Attacks on Women in Manhattan

Fifty women have been randomly attacked in Manhattan, mostly by homeless individuals with possible mental illness. Attacks include being punched or struck with objects. Arrests have been made in some cases, with a decrease in random attacks compared to the previous year.
