El Paso Border Riot and Migrants' Release

Migrants accused in the El Paso border riot were ordered to be released on personal recognizance bonds by a Texas magistrate judge due to the District Attorney's office being unprepared. Additional hearings are scheduled for Monday. Some migrants face charges related to riot participation and assaults on Texas National Guard soldiers.
