John Waters' upcoming film 'Liarmouth'

Hairspray director John Waters is set to begin shooting his first feature film in 20 years, an adaptation of his 2022 novel 'Liarmouth' with Aubrey Plaza as the lead. The film is a 'hilariously filthy tale of sex, crime, and family dysfunction' centered around a scammer and compulsive liar named Marsha Sprinkle.
