Severe Flooding from Severe Thunderstorms and Tropical Storm Debby

Severe thunderstorms and Tropical Storm Debby caused widespread flooding in New York City and the Tri-State area, as well as other states along the East Coast. Debby brought heavy rain to Southern states before moving north, resulting in flash floods, power outages, and potential dam failures.
