Shooters on Scooters Attack in New York City

Shooters on scooters gunned down four people in New York City, leaving one dead and three injured. Police are investigating if the victims were targeted or if the shooting was gang-related. Authorities have taken 9,500 scooters, dirt bikes, and ATVs off the streets since Jan. 1.
