Repeal of Arizona's 1864 Abortion Restriction

Two Republican State Senators in Arizona voted with Democrats to repeal the state's 1864 near-total abortion restriction. The repeal passed in both the House and Senate and is set to be signed into law by Governor Katie Hobbs. The repeal makes way for the state's 15-week abortion limit to remain in effect.
