Theft of Expensive Spine Implants in Philadelphia

Philadelphia Police are seeking the public's help to identify a man who stole expensive spine implants from a car in a parking garage in Center City. The theft was caught on video and the suspect is described as a man wearing a surgical mask and all dark clothing.
