Merger of Japanese Automakers Nissan and Honda
Japanese automakers Nissan and Honda are in talks to merge and create the world's third-largest automaker by sales, aiming to compete in electric vehicles and intelligent driving technologies. The deal would form a holding company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, with discussions set to conclude in June 2025.
