Venezuelan Migrants Robbery Case in Chicago

Four Venezuelan migrants were arrested for allegedly attacking and robbing a man on a Chicago commuter train in February. The suspects put the man in a chokehold, leaving him unconscious. Three suspects remain in custody, while one was let out on electronic monitoring. The incident was caught on video from inside the train.
